According top the information from Mr Jerry Lavender of I Régiment de chevau-légers (Polonais) de la Garde Impériale it has been proposed to hold a camp Boulogne type event, in the UK. There is a very positive feed back from several groups, and a sponsor agreed a full funding. The proposed date is in early June 2007, with Loosely park as the possible venue. Powder and free beer and food tickets are provided as will be straw, and limited cavalry horses.

The proposal is to bring over as many from European units as possible and have a truly international bivouac in Surrey. This will be the first event in the UK on this scale ever held, with a battle in the afternoons and several other displays in the mornings, on the Saturday evening there is planned an 1812 concert, with also a possible period ball in the house, the normal beer tent will be provided as well.
